COVID-19 Updates

We are suspending physical gatherings of all our ministries for the foreseeable future. This includes Sunday Worship as well as all small group meetings. The mission and work of the church doesn’t stop, here is how we will continue to be faithful in Irvine:

Sunday Worship:

  • Starting this Sunday, we will livestream our worship service at 10 AM so that you can worship with us from home. Click Here for a link to our livestream on youtube and visit our website if you want the worship program in advance. Be sure to say hi in the chat box letting us know you’re with us.

  • We will preach a new series entitled,: Facing our Fears: How the Gospel Carries us in Times of Uncertainty

Life Groups:

  • Life Groups, and other small group ministries will continue to minister to you virtually. Please look-out for emails from your leaders to see exactly how.

  • If you would like to join a new virtual life group click here. For those of you who are not in a life group, now is the time to join! Joining a life group has never been more convenient. We will be forming new virtual groups who will connect weekly to share, encourage, and pray for one another.

Kids & Families:

  • Beverly, our kids ministry director, will send out family guides for daily devotionals and activities in addition to the normal Sunday School material. Click here if you aren’t on a class newsletter.

Students:

  • CJ & Angel will continue to meet with high school and middle school students virtually. Click Here to get in touch with CJ.

In-reach:

  • Click Here if you need assistance during this time, our in-reach team is here to help. We understand that this pandemic has affected the livelihoods of many in our congregation. We are here to help.

Outreach:

This pandemic has created opportunities for our church to serve our community in tangible ways. Here are a few opportunities you can get involved with.

  • Click Here to drive for a local food pantry to deliver food for those who are at the highest risk and cannot go out. Food banks are in the process of getting delivery figured out, when they do we want to be ready to help with a crew of drivers.

  • Click here for a list of most needed food items for the families forward food pantry.

  • Go check on neighbors that are in the “high-risk” categories (e.g. senior citizens and the immunocompromised).

  • Get creative: buy a gift card to a local small business you normally visit. We’d love to hear more of your ideas!
